Yes this is def not a new Novotel and has been selectively updated in places (- the corridors definitely not). But it's good value, very well situated, and our family room was clean and comfortable (+ kettle/fridge/safe). Staff were excellent - helpful and lovely from reception to the restaurant to the cleaning staff. Restaurant was really good both for dinner and for breakfast (and more updated than other parts). Park in the underground carpark (overnight costs 16 euros) and you can take a lift from there directly into the hotel. Would def stay again - a very good experience.

Great Breakfast - not opulent, but all the right things and good quality. Parking garage right under the hotel with reasonable pricing. Good location just outside the old city's walls, short walk to the main square where you can find plenty of restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning, safe, fridge, water heater and tea/coffee in the room

Overall good experience. Good value for money, 99 euros for a family of four. Big enough, clean enough. Very nice and polite staff. Beds comfortable. Located in a quiet part but 5 min walk from the town square. Electric car charger (4 á 11kW) just outside the garage with reasonable prices (40 cents per kWh). Garage nice and cheap enough (60 cents per hour during the night, 1,30€ during the day). Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Very generous cancellation policy (until 17:59 of the same day).

- We needed a place to sleep for a night on our travel through France - Price/quality was good compared to the other options in summer - Good location next to the highway, so no big detour was needed - Reception is 24/7 which won the deal with the smaller hotels as we were arriving late and booking just couple of hours before the arrival - Rooms was good - We could park around, so not needed to use the hotel parking
